We offer a 14-day exchange and refund credit policy from the date you receive your purchase for any of the following reasons:-
The size you ordered doesn’t fit
You received the incorrect style
You received the incorrect size
We only offer full refunds when:- The item was received faulty or damaged
We do not accept returns and give refunds for sale items or change of mind so please choose carefully
Your return will ALWAYS be accepted provided the following occurs: -
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of item
Items must be returned with tags attached, and in its' original packaging
Returns will be not be processed for items that have been altered, worn or washed
In the interests of hygiene, please note we do not offer returns on lingerie or jewellery
WHAT ABOUT SALE ITEMS?:
Sale items discounted are final sale and cannot be returned
RETURNS & EXCHANGE COSTS:
All return postage and/or associated reposting costs for an exchanged item will be at the cost of the purchaser. Returns for exchange please include pre-addressed postbag with your returned item

Once you have an RA# you are responsible for sending back the item - please note that any returns sent without an issued RA# will be returned to sender.
We would greatly appreciate if you could send returns to us using the guide below:
Cover or remove any original mailing address or barcode from the package. We ask that if you are returning footwear to not use the original box as the shipping box
Ensure you send you return using registered and insured post as Herman Store cannot be responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves
