Our beautiful owner Karina has been the owner of Herman for over 9 years and knows the retail game back to front! Her favourite thing is meeting all of our lovely customers and catching up with them in stores. When she's not busy chasing after her two little boys, she loves spending time with her fiancé and family, beach/coffee walks and laying low! She enjoys holidays when she can get the time and also loves a wine or two with her gals! 

Meg has been at Herman for over 8 years and is head of buying & Eccom. She loves staying on top of all the latest trends and looks forward to seeing all of the beautiful collections that come out ahead of time. In her down time Meg loves travelling, the beach and sunshine and eating out whilst having a margi or 5. When she's not spending money on shopping, Meg also enjoys staying active with her partner & pup!

If you see Meg modelling our beautiful clothes she is 169cm tall and a size 6-8/XS-S, wears a size 25 in denim.  

Hannah has been a Herman gal for over 6 years! She loves styling every customer that walks in the door and as she has an eye for outfitting and also keeps our stores looking beautiful with her merchandising! Out of work she loves catching up with friends, eating good food and delish drinks. She loves to travel but is also a massive homebody - her favourite weekends are spent at home with her partner and 2 pups.

Maddy has worked with the Herman family for 14 years and is one of the only original staff members! She loves having a chat with all of our customers and helping them to find a perfect outfit for any occasion. Her favourite styling is finding the perfect denim fit for our customers as she is a huge lover of denim! On the weekends, Mads loves having cocktails with friends, having a laugh and hanging out with her beautiful family, including her 3 gorgeous kids!

Evie has been a Herman girl for 3 years, and she is our in-house marketing guru! Evie spends her days off eating out with friends, gaming, drinking too many amaretto sours or on the golfing greens. 

@lilysloan - Retail Assistant 

Lily loves helping customers put together outfits and making them feel amazing in what they wear! Out of work Lily loves reading and going for runs with her dog and also love travelling and wine of course!

Alongside stuyding, Liv works with us as a retail assistant. She loves learning about the Herman brands and finding fun ways to style them. In her free time, Liv loves reading books, going out for dinner and drinks with her friends and walking her dog by the beach.
