HOW WE ARE TAKING CARE
We want to reassure our customers that we are taking all necessary steps to ensure your safety & the safety of our staff and community during this time. These steps include the implementing the following public health authority recommendations
Our warehouse teams have been thoroughly briefed on all safe handling and shipping practices. All team members are also observing social-distancing practices and sanitisation practices have been increased with the use of disinfecting wipes, hand sanitiser and gloves being used at all times. You can be assured that as we package your online purchases they have not been in contact with anything that may be contaminated.
We only ship your orders with Australia Post who are also dedicated to staying up to date with recommended safety requirements. Please see their specific business updates here :
Click and Collect is running! Our doors are open and you can collect online orders during normal business hours
Peninsula Home Delivery Service. If you choose this option we will deliver your parcel personally to your doorstep! Please select this shipping option during checkout and provide a safe place to leave parcel in the notes section should you not be home.
Regular / Express Shipping
We will remain shipping all online orders to the same high level of service we pride ourselves on - and will be doing our best to continue same day handling times.
We will remain shipping with Australia Post at this stage as we believe they are still the quickest and most reliable option - however they are experiencing extensive delivery delays across the board due to reduced domestic flights and social distancing measures. Please note the new timeframes when placing your orders:
Standard Delivery : up to 2 weeks
Express Delivery : up to 1 week
Please follow your tracking advice and notify us if anything seems amiss!
We unfortunately cannot ship using Signature on Delivery during this time.

"Further, to minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels - be it at a Post Office or at a residence - will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection. Someone will need to be present at the residence for this to occur otherwise standard delivery procedures apply.
In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes in to their local Post Office to collect a parcel, an Australia Post staff member will ask and record the customer’s name and acknowledge delivery in our system.
The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter."
